Bosch Rexroth is one of the top experts in propulsion and control technology. They provide unique ideas for machine and plant manufacturers all around the globe. In this case, Rexroth hydraulic pump and motor are noteworthy. With its lengthy history and specific industry experience, the firm has become associated with personalized solutions.

Zuosen Hydraulic is, on the other hand, the original maker of the Rexroth hydraulic pump and motor. Therefore, you can discover the replacement parts which suit the original Bosch Products. In the following, we will discuss the most popular Rexroth hydraulic pump and motor that we build from the Zuosen plant.

Today's theme is to explain five specific Rexroth hydraulic equipment from Zuosen Hydraulic, A2F Series, A2FO series, A2FE Series, A6V, and A7V Series.

Rexroth Hydraulic Pump and Motor

The model series we'll talk about today is an axial piston unit with a fixed displacement unit. You may use it as a pump or a motor in open or closed circuit hydrostatic drives. The flow is proportional to the motor speed and displacement when used as a pump.

However, the output speed is proportional to the swept volume and inversely proportional to displacement when used as a motor. Therefore, the output torque rises as the pressure differential between the high and low-pressure sides decreases.

A2F Series

The feature of our A2F series is the same as that of the original Rexroth model. Furthermore, this product has a high-performance rotary group with a well-proven spherical control area with the advantages of self-centering, low peripheral speed, and high efficiency.

The A2F series also has a rigid rolling bearing with long service life and the ability to accept radial loads.

A2FO Series

The Rexroth A2FO is an all-purpose high-pressure pump with an axial piston fixed pump in an open circuit. The nominal pressure of this series of pumps is 400 bar, with a maximum pressure of 450 bar. An open circuit also features a small high-pressure pump with a low installation length.

The flow, efficiency, and performance of the Rexroth A2FO are proportional to the drive speed and displacement. The pistons are positioned in the driving shaft for axial piston units with a bent-axis design.

The pump can handle a range of displacements from 5 to 130 cm3/rev. We produced the pump with the current style and design to fulfill market demand. We designed new generation plates and pistons with excellent flow performance, high pressures with high efficiency, and minimum dimensions.

A2FE Series

The Rexroth A2FE axial piston motor is high-pressure with gears for open and closed circuit hydrostatic drives. It features a bent-axis design with an axial tapered piston rotary group.

The maximum pressure is 450 bar, while the nominal pressure is 400 bar. The pressure difference between the high-pressure and low-pressure sides improves the output torque.

A7V Series

The Rexroth A7V series is a variable displacement pump with an axial piston bent axis design for hydrostatic transmissions in open circuits. This flow is proportional to the drive speed and displacement at constant drive speed, and it is sleeplessly changing.

With improved technical data and a well-proven spherical control area, the entire program of control devices for every control and regulating function simplified the rotary performance group.

This series has heavy-duty roller bearings. It also can hydrostatic bearing unloading at continuous pressures up to 400 bar.

You can use both mineral and fire-resistant fluids in its operation. Finally, it has an enhanced post plate design and a compact design that decreases noise by five decibels.

A6V Series

This series motor is an all-purpose high-pressure motor. The available sizes vary from 60 to 280. It can withstand nominal pressure up to 450 bar and maximum pressure up to 500 bar. It has both open and closed circuits.

Requirement and Supply

We made the axial piston unit to work with mineral oil HLP, as specified by DIN 51524. Before you begin project planning, you should review the following data sheets for application instructions and hydraulic fluid requirements:

  • 90220:Hydraulic fluids based on mineral oils and related hydrocarbons
  • 90221:Environmentally acceptable hydraulic fluids
  • 90222:Fire-resistant, water-free hydraulic fluids (HFDR, HFDU)
  • 90223:Fire-resistant, water-containing hydraulic fluids (HFAE, HFAS, HFB, HFC)
  • 90225:Restricted technical data for operation with fire-resistant hydraulic fluids

Quick Installation Guide

Before installation, the following documents must be available:

  • Installation drawing (You can obtain it from your responsible contact person at Zuosen Hydraulics)
  • The hydraulic circuit diagram (in the installation drawing)
  • Hydraulic circuit diagram for the machine/system (available from the machine/ system manufacturer)
  • The order confirmation (contains the order-related technical data for your axial piston unit)
  • Datasheet of the axial piston unit (includes the permissible values of technical data)

However, after collecting all these requirements, jump to the following steps to complete the installation and start-up process. You should note that the Zuosen Hydraulic will further provide you with the necessary documents for installation and start-up.

Maintenance and Repair

This section is one of the essential parts of your work with our hydraulic equipment. If you expect a better service life, you must perform the following steps to ensure that your equipment is good to go.

Cleaning and Care

For cleaning and care of the axial piston unit, observe the following:

  • Check that you placed all seals and fittings on the connections to ensure no moisture gets into the axial piston unit while being cleaned.
  • To clean the axial piston unit, use simply water and, if required, a light detergent. Never use harsh detergents or solvents.
  • Keep sensitive and vital components like solenoids, valves, indicators, and sensors clean by removing coarse exterior debris.

Inspection

Zeosen Hydraulic suggests testing the hydraulic system and axial piston unit regularly and recording and archiving the following operating conditions to ensure long and reliable functioning of the axial piston unit:

Maintenance

When used appropriately, the Rexroth hydraulic pump and motor need little maintenance. The axial piston unit's service life, on the other hand, is highly reliant on the hydraulic fluid's quality. As a result, we suggest replacing the hydraulic fluid once a year or every 2000 working hours or evaluating it by the hydraulic fluid manufacturer or a laboratory to assess its fitness for continued use.

The installed bearings restrict the axial piston unit's service life. Depending on the load cycle, you may ask the responsible service partner for the service life.

Based on these parameters, the system manufacturer will estimate a maintenance time for replacing the bearings, including in the hydraulic system's maintenance plan.
